Atlanta: IBS Software, a SaaS solutions provider for the travel industry, has announced the appointment of Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

The strategic appointment underscores the company’s commitment to its AI-first approach in advancing product innovation and customer-centric digital transformation across its worldwide portfolio.

Abha Dogra to Lead Product Vision and AI-First Strategy

In her new role, Abha Dogra will head IBS Software’s global product organization, steering product vision, strategy, and execution.

She will collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to develop products that redefine travel technology. Her leadership will also focus on embedding AI-native capabilities such as intelligent decision support and automation throughout the product lifecycle.

A Seasoned Technology Leader with Global Experience

With over two decades of experience in product and technology leadership, Abha Dogra has held senior roles at leading global organizations, including ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and CAE, where she most recently served as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

She holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in computer science from Boston University.

Strengthening IBS Software’s Leadership Framework

The appointment follows the addition of Amit Jain as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Engineering in late 2024. Jain will work closely with Abha to align product strategy with engineering execution and oversee a global engineering team of over 1,000 professionals across India, the US, UK, and Canada.
